Correct organization of work processes within areas and teams according to the "ABB Playbook" methodology document

Establishing transparent communication between all stakeholders

Support for identifying and resolving dependencies and bottlenecks

Organizing organizational and team-level events (meetings) and conducting them according to agile rules

Ensuring the correct execution of each agile role within cross-functional teams

Assessing and developing agile awareness, maturity across teams

Regular monitoring and improvement of the effectiveness of the processes of creating new services and products
